We accept most of the PPO insurances in our area. If you have any questions as to whether we are within your insurance network, please check with your insurance carrier or contact our office. We will be happy to provide any assistance we can.
At this time, we do not have contracts with any HMO carriers, MediCare, or MediCal.
Payment for services is due at the time of your visit if you are self-pay or if you are insured by a plan with whom we do not have a contract or prior arrangement.
